IC of beam position controller is presented. This microcircuit processes signals of two capacitor detectors. These detectors are located in accelerator tube and its charge signal depends on beam position. The microcircuits consists of special amplification block and amplitude former part and has following parameters: gain – 3; input signal rate – 400 V/s; high frequency – 150 MGz; time delay – 10 ns; time range of processed pulses – 50 – 1000 ns. Three factors determine higher radiating hardness of IC: 1) IC elements reservations; 2) IC technology of dielectric isolation of; 3) Gamma-radiating stimulation of oxygenation technology.
