The required pressure of residual gas in the accelerator LUE-200 should be less than 10-5 Pa. It is supposed that the required vacuum will be provided with 18 ion-sorption pumps. Multichannel vacuummeters (TPG300 and TPG256A, Balzers) will be used for vacuum measurement. Additional monitoring of vacuum is achieved by measurement of current of the ion-sorption pumps. Power supplies of ion getter pumps and pressure controllers are connected the C168P multiport PC boards by the serial RS232 interface and homemade RS232/RS422 isolation protection converters. Two such subsystems are connected to the operator control console via Ethernet. The control software based on LabView graphical programming with Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module.
