In FLNP JINR the continuous improvement of experimental techniques and the creation of new measuring systems necessary for conducting investigations of the IBR-2 pulsed reactor and new advanced pulsed neutron sources designed in FLNP, are carried out. In the paper a measuring system for studying kinetic parameters of reactor assemblies is described. The system is designed for use both in classical and modified Rossi-ѓС experiments (in a steady-state mode), and also for measurement and analysis of fast neutron pulse shape over a wide dynamic range with an error of 20 ns. The system uses ionization fission chambers for detecting thermal and fast neutrons. The paper gives a brief description of the system and basic technical characteristics of the devices included in its structure.
