The DVB RCS technology offers a two-way satellite based solution to enable interactive Broadband IP and multicasting applications. RSCC present new satellite network based on Skystar 360E VSAT system manufactured by Gilat company.

Leveraging the reach and power of satellite, the high–speed IP platform is designed for high-performance networking between a central hub and tens to thousands of locations across wide geographical areas.

The Skystar 360E provides an "always-on" connection for instant access to the Internet and corporate Intranet. With outbound bit rates of up to 52.5 Mbps and inbound bit rate of up to 900 kbps, users can enjoy high-speed connectivity.
