Control System for Industrial Accelerator D300-10

The control system for the resonance electron accelerator D-300/10 is described. Control system is used for formation of control signals for accelerator power supply system, setting of accelerator operation mode, providing feedback to keep stable beam current and electrons energy and protecting accelerator from discharges in the vacuum chamber.
