LHE Network Old and New

In the report the analysis of a condition of a local computer network of Laboratory of High energies (LHE) of Joint Institute for Nuclear Researches (JINR) is resulted. The out comes first stage of modernization of a network are demonstrated. The proposals on further construction of a network are put forward.
