The development program Dubna as cities of science of Russian Federation puts primary goal - creation of investment economics and priority development of high technology productions. The further development of a urban infrastructure should aim firms at modernization of business with allowance for of maximum usage of scientific and technological achievements. A mass intrusion in city of network information technologies - one of priority problems.
