IC of pulse precision voltage stabilizer is presented.. Several factors determine higher radiating hardness of IC: 1) IC elements reservations; 2) IC technology of dielectric isolation of; 3) Gamma-radiating stimulation of oxygenation technology; 4) digital control of the pulse stabilizer. The portable power supply unit has been designed on basis of new IC for high-voltage gas detector (Transition Radiation Tracker) of elementary particles. It consists of: new IC, as control microcircuit; the high-frequency ferrite transformer; four powerful output thyristors. The unit has following characteristics: primary feed voltage - +15±3 V; output current - 5 má; stabilized output voltage - 2,5 ÷ 4,5 ËV; gain of stabilization - 0,4 %; primary feed voltage - +15±3 V; output current - 5 má; stabilized output voltage - 2,5 ÷ 4,5 kV.
