High-voltage thin-film fuses for Transition Radiation Tracker (TRT) in ATLAS experiment have been developed. The fuses operate as high-voltage load resistor and retain stability up to constant current 600 microamperes. In case of straws with high-voltage problems like break of anode or anode loss tension it is be possible to burn the fuse by using of special supply. The leak current of the burned fuse is less than 10 nano amperes.
