Scientific Programme:
Development and construction of elements of the Synchrotron Radiation Complex DELSY.
Assembling of the linear accelerator of electrons LINAC-800 on the basis of the equipment obtained from NIKHEF, Amsterdam. Development of the project of the electron lasers and synchrotron radiation sources of the third generation.

Expected main results in 2005:

Preparation of building No 118 and start of assembling LINAC-800.
Development of the technical design of the injector with a buncher for free electron lasers in the infrared region.
Development of the technical project of the electron storage ring with devices to obtain synchrotron radiation.
Development of the upgraded elements of the focusing system for the storage ring.
