The investigation of emission possibility cathodes on the base of ferroelectric material (PZLT) of different composition. The experimental operation of accelerators D-300-10/1, D-300-10/2, D-300-10/3.
Development and manufacturing of the 300 keV, 10 kW electron accelerator D-300-10/2.
