Scientific Programme:
IREN Development of the project IREN ( Intense Resonance Neutron Source) - a new basic facility in JINR.

Expected main results in 2007:
1. Continuation of realization of the project IREN.

As a result of completion of the theme a new basic facility in JINR for innovation applied research, as well as a high-resolution neutron source applicable to applied and a limited number of fundamental investigations in nuclear physics will be created.
