Research on the Relativistic Heavy and Light Ions Physics.
Experiments at the Nuclotron

• Continuation of experiments with the internal target at the Nuclotron. Preparation and carrying out of experiments with extracted beams at the Nuclotron.
  Development of the software for modeling and processing experimental data.
  
  
• Data taking and processing at the experimental set ups NA49 (CERN). Participation in preparation NA61 project and upgrade TOF system for this experiment.
  
  
• Participation in experimental program (p/p and light nuclei), data analysis, upgrade of HADES spectrometer. Participation in the development of physics program on FAIR (SIS-100).
  
  
• Obtaining the new experimental data on the nuclear multifragmentaion induced by the relativistic light ions (studies are performed by means 4 device FASA-3) on the external beam of Nuclotron. Theoretical analysis of the data with the aim to clarify the mechanism of this process and to get the information on the nuclear phase transition ("liquid-fog" and "liquid-gas"). Obtaining a new data for fragment-fragment correlations in respect to relative velosity and relative angle. The model analysis of the data with the aim to estimate the time scale of the expansion process of hot nuclei.
  
  
• Study of multiparticle dynamics in terms of masses and energies of colliding objects and centrality of interaction. Mathematical modeling of experiments on investigation of the properties of highly excited states of nuclear matter in relativistic nuclear collisions and the mechanism of quark hadronization in the process of pion pair production.
  
  
• Search for eta-mesic nuclei formed in pA collisions, the determination of the total cross section of eta-nucleus production in pA collisions and its energy and A-depedence, the construction and production of the neutron detector for this experiment.
  
  
• Analysis of 7-prong events in np-interactions using data given an exposure of the 1m H₂ bubble chamber (HBC) of the VBLHE (JINR) to a quasimonochromatic neutron beam with P_n=5.20 GeV/c with the purpose to in vestigate 7-quark resonances in the ^{++ + +} system.
  An investigation of the mechanizm of an appearance of ₀-mesons with m < 1 GeV/c ² in the np np ^{+ -} reaction. Investigation of excharging process np pn in quasimonochromatic neutron beams at momenta 1.25, 1.43, 1.73, 2.25, and 5.20 GeV/c.
  Study of -quant spectra in np-interactions at P_n=5.20 GeV/c.
  
  
• Development of the project on experimental search of stable dibarions at the Nuclotron.
  
  
• Processing of emulsions irradiated with the nuclear beams ⁷Be , ¹¹B, ¹⁴N, ⁹Be, ⁹C,⁸B. Irradiation of emulsions with secondary beams of radioactive B and C isotopes.
  
  
• Study of nuclear interactions depending on projectile mass and energy with the beams of relativistic nuclei at the Nuclotron and other accelerators with the photo-emulsion method. Study of fragmentation, multifragmentation, multiparticle production together with correlations between them at interaction of nuclei of various energies with photo-emulsion nuclei. Search for collective effects in central nuclear-nuclear collisions in photo-emulsions. Development of the project on further emulsion irradiation with beams of light radioactive nuclei and heavy ions.
  
  
• Processing and analysis of the obtained experimental pion and proton spectra in p-Al, p-Cu, d-Al, d-Cu interactions. Measurement of kaon production spectra as functions of energy and type of extracted Nuclotron beams at the angles 2060 for kaon momenta 0.5-1.5 GeV/c.
  
  
• Investigation of the deuteron spin dichroism.
