Nature of problem:
Generating the list of one-particle and two-particle coefficients of fractional parentage for the single j-orbit with isospin.

Solution method:
The method is based on the algorithm presented in [1] for the spectral decomposition of an antisymmetrization operator matrix Y. The coefficients of fractional parentage are the eigenvectors of a certain antisymmetrization operator matrix Y that correspond to its unit eigenvalues.

Restrictions:
The full sets of one-particle and two-particle coefficients of fractional parentage up to the j = 9/2 orbit; the number of particles in the higher j-orbits should be restricted. The enumeration of coefficients of fractional parentage up to the j = 15/2 orbit; the number of particles in the higher j-orbits should be restricted.

Unusual features:
Possibility to select subsets of one-particle and two-particle coefficients of fractional parentage for calculation.

Running time:
Of the order of a few seconds for lower j-orbits to hours for the complete j = 9/2 orbit calculations.
