2. Installation

2.1 Requirements

WALF provides an user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) which makes it quite easy to use. GUI is implemented based on some of the ROOT classes. So, WALF requires ROOT to be installed first.

2.2 Compilation and installation

In order to compile and install WALF on your system, type the following in the base directory of the WALF distribution:

% ./configure
% make
% make install

Since WALF uses

autoconf
you should have not trouble compiling it. Should you run into problems please report them to the the author at Alexei Soloviev
