Structure of Spin-Isospin Excitations and Muon Capture by Atomic Nuclei V.A.Kuz'min, T.V.Tetereva The calculations reproduce well the experimental rates of muon capture by complex nuclei without quenching of spin-isospin transition strength. This contradicts to the data obtained from the cross sections of charge-exchange nuclear reactions of (p,n) and (n,p) kind. |
