The main features of neutron irradiation effect on metals in different temperature ranges are examined. Radiation phenomena and structural changes are shown to occur in metals under irradiation in these ranges. The opportunity of self-organization processes in metals under neutron irradiation is analyzed from the point of view of metal description as an open system.
