ACCOMMODATION
(not included in participation fee)
Hotels
During the congress the participants will be
accommodated in the two local Dubna hotels, named
“Dubna” and “Dubna-Grill”. To reach the congress
place from the hotels no local transport is needed.
Prices (by JINR):
Regular rooms 15 - 30 EURO/night
De luxe numbers 50 - 80 EURO /night
For both room categories there are also an additional 3
– 4 room facility options. You can reserve the room at
the hotel on your own, but the room/facilities prices will
be higher. There will be no free rooms at the University
campus as the university year/courses begin at the 1st
September.
Meals (by JINR)
Lunches: 15 EURO / 3 meals/day.
Meals are served in the restaurants of the Dubna
Hotels and the International Conference Hall cafeteria.
Meals are served also in the Cafe “Paradise” and in the
Cafe “Blue Laguna”, but the prices will be higher.

Combined Numbers as: 1-room of 1-place and 1-room of 2-places (TV, phone, Bathroom with shower on two numbers).
Services: the “Dubna” restaurant with banquet hall (120 places, high quality
traditional European and Russian food, alive music), night bar (TV, wide choice of spirituous drinks, cocktails and beer);
room service from restaurant from 8 to 23 hours and bar from 16 to 04 hours.
Hotel "Dubna-Grill" (11 floors, 98 number of 154 places)
De luxe numbers consisting in: 2-rooms of 2-places (dining room, bedroom,
mini-kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV, phone); 1-room of 1-2 places (bathroom with shower, TV, phone bar).
Standard Numbers as: 1-room of 1-3 places (mini-kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV, phone).
