Scientific Programme:
Development and construction of elements of the Synchrotron Radiation Complex DELSY.
Start-up of the construction of the linear accelerator of electrons LINAC-800 and of the electron storage ring for the energy of 1.2 GeV on the base of the equipment obtained from NIKHEF, Amsterdam. Development and construction of the electron lasers and synchrotron radiation sources of the third generation.

Expected main results in 2002:

Preparation of the building N 118 and start-up of assembling LINAC-800.
Development of the technical design for free electron lasers on the beam of LINAC-800.
Development of the project of the electron storage structure with devices to obtain the synchrotron radiation.
Development of upgraded elements of the focusing system for the storage ring.
