AT HERA FOR DISCOVERY OF ODDERON AND MEASUREMENT OF POMERON PHASE

We discuss how to discover the odderon and measure
the Pomeron phase via the study of charge asymmetry of pions in diffractive
reactionepep+p-p'
. We find kinematical regions suitable for independent solution of both
problems in a single experiment at HERA.
