DELSY project is aimed at providing the JINR with a third-generation synchrotron radiation (SR) source, which will allow a great variety of both fundamental research in physics, chemistry, biology, medicine and applied research on development of radically new technologies in many engineering and industrial fields, including environment and health protection.
