Competition for the best youth project

The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, together with the Special Economic Zone "Dubna", invites schoolchildren, students and young scientists to take part in an open competition for the best youth scientific and technical project.

The competition is held in two age groups: schoolchildren from 6 to 17 years old; students, graduate students and young scientists under the age of 25.

The topic of the scientific and technical project submitted for the competition should be related to one of the activity areas of the companies-residents of the SEZ "Dubna":

- complex technical systems;

- biomedical technologies;

- information technologies;

- new materials;

- nuclear physics and nanotechnologies.

The submitted papers will be judged in three categories: creative idea, functioning structure and working software code. The winners of the competition will receive a monetary reward for the further development of the project.

Applications for the competition can be submitted from 17 October to 7 November on the SEZ website. The results will be announced on 10 November.
