City development project

The project for the integrated development of our city, presented at a conference in SEZ "Dubna" a month ago, involves large-scale housing construction. Dozens of new houses are going to be built in the coming years. This was told by Head of the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture and Advertising of the Administration of the city of Dubna Maksim Vinogradov:

- On a large site adjacent to the Special Economic Zone on the left bank, along the residential area of already commissioned houses on Programmistov Street, a whole modern area of new housing will be built. Several stages are envisaged, at the first one - in 2025-2026, about 100 thousand square meters will be built. This is enough to satisfy the city's current demand for 280-300 thousand square meters, taking into account the construction of housing in the territories released for construction after the demolition of the emergency fund. In addition, there is also a separate programme for the construction of service housing for large enterprises interested in this.

What companies are involved as housing developers?

- So far, potential investors have been identified that at present develop master plans for the integrated development of territories. In the right-bank part of the city, the concept of building on Dachnaya, Zheleznodorozhnaya, Vokzalnaya Streets is developed and approved by the Monolit Company that has extensive experience in construction in the Moscow region. In-Group, an organization that widely functions in the Tula region and is known in Dubna for the construction of houses on Tverskaya Street, is responsible for the master plan on the left bank.

Today, both companies have proven themselves from the very best side and have an impeccable reputation. Yet, whether they will be the housing developers or not, it will be determined by the results of competitive processes.

What can you say about the architectural concepts of perspective housing development? Will there be any non-standard, original solutions?

- Projects are modern and meet all standards and requirements. Houses are from 9 to 16 floors. As for the architecture, it is interesting, but without excessive pretentiousness, for new areas should seamlessly fit into the current urban development. Houses will look elegant, beautiful. I hope, the citizens of Dubna will enjoy it.
