To support innovative technologies

The Charitable Foundation "Sistema" and the Russian Academy of Sciences have given a start to a competition for young scientists dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The competition is aimed at supporting innovative scientific developments and research in priority sectors of the economy: medicine, chemical industry, agricultural production, pharmaceuticals, electronics, energy and digital technologies. Nominations: "Artificial intelligence and quantum technologies", "Alternative energy sources", "Genetics and biomedicine", "New materials and chemical processes".

Participants: one young scientist or a team of students and young scientists, citizens of Russia. A team can consist of no more than three people, of whom at least one team member has to be a young scientist.

Stages of the competition: applications are submitted until 1 March; 2-20 March - selection of applications based on formal criteria (technical examination); 21 March - 1 June - open presentations of scientific papers, scientific examination, announcement of winners.
