Registration opens

We invite you to take part in the 7th Baksan School on Astrophysics "Particles and Cosmology", organized by INR RAS and JINR that will be held on 3-11 April at the Hotel "Smile" (Prielbrusye National Park).

The School is located near the Elbrus and Cheget ski resorts, as well as not far from the Baksan Neutrino Observatory of INR RAS that creates a unique atmosphere for scientific communication and relaxation.

The School is focused on graduate students and young postdocs, the working language is English.

Scientific programme. The School will include four main courses (four lectures each): "Low energy and low background techniques", "Advanced statistical techniques and tools", "Anatomy of large neutrino telescopes", "Origin of the most energetic particles in the Universe".

In addition, participants will be offered a tour and seminars at the Baksan Neutrino Observatory, additional lectures on various topics, practical classes and a poster session at which they will be able to present the results of their investigations.

The number of places is limited, so we recommend registering in advance.
