On 24 March, a meeting of the JINR Finance Committee was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Andrey Omelchuk.

JINR Director Grigory Trubnikov presented a report on the scientific results of the Institute and its key projects. Head of the Budget and Economic Policy Department of JINR Nikolay Kalinin reported on the implementation of the JINR budget for 2024 and introduced the draft revised budget for 2025 to the FC members. JINR Vice-Director Latchesar Kostov made a report on the selection of the auditing organization LLC AС "Korsakov and Partners" to audit the financial activities of JINR for 2024.

The report of Head of the Development of Digital Services Department of JINR Mikhail Vasiliev was dedicated to the migration of the Institute's procurement processes from the electronic document management system "Dubna" to the new information system.

Leading researcher of VBLHEP JINR Arkady Taranenko presented a scientific report "Cosmic matter in the laboratory - BM@N (NICA) experiment" to the members of the Finance Committee.
