Uniting efforts

Dubna University hosted a meeting with Directorate of the Moscow Region branch of MEPhI.

Acting Director of the Institute Alexey Panov, Deputy Director Marina Tkachenko and Head of the Centre for Advanced Training Oksana Oshchekhina came to Dubna. They discussed the development of network interaction of related areas - both in the field of higher education and additional education with Directorate of Dubna University. The guests also learnt about the scientific and educational practices and infrastructure of the university, visited the Centre for Digital Production and the International Engineering School. They also visited the Laboratory of Nuclear Reactions of JINR and the Dubna SEZ.

Following the talks, the parties will develop a plan for a new stage of cooperation. It will include an inter-university training ground for medical, pharmaceutical chemistry and chemistry of advanced inorganic materials with joint use of the educational, research and production facilities of OINPE NRNU MEPhI and Dubna University. Efforts will be united to implement network programmes of advanced training, special campus courses and joint student exchange programmes at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
