Run along the streets of Dubna

On 24 August, a great sporting event, one of the stages of the regional competitions "Super League of the Moscow Region" - Dubna Half Marathon "Bolshaya Volga" was held.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Moscow Region with the support of the governor. More than 1600 participants, professionals and amateur runners aged 4 to 88 years, competed in distances from the half marathon 21.1 km to 300 meters. Guests from Moscow and the Moscow Region, Tver, Yaroslavl, Belgorod, Orel, Ryazan, St. Petersburg took part in the mass athletics festival of sports.

Many employees of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research performed at different distances. We would like to congratulate our colleagues on their excellent results: Milena Kalinina (Management) - 1st place in the W34+ category, Alexey Altynov (FLNP) - 2nd place (21.1 km) in the M35-44 category and Alexander Podshibyakin (FLNR) - 2nd place (21.1 km) in the M55-64 category. We are proud of them and wish them new victories!
