In honour of the memory of the scientist, friend, poet...

On 14 October, at 6:00 PM, the JINR Museum of History of Science and Technology will host a poetry evening, "The diary of my soul opened before you" dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Academician A.N.Sisakyan.

The programme includes: opening of the exhibition, reading of poems from poetry collections of different years, listening to audio recordings of songs on A.N.Sisakyan's poems and screening of the biographical film "Friendship, creativity, memory". The evening will end with a tea party.

On 14 October, the JINR Science and Technology Library will host a literature exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Vice-Director and Director of JINR from 1989 to 2010 A.N.Sisakyan.

Alexey N.Sisakyan is the author of more than 400 scientific papers in the field of elementary particle physics, theoretical and mathematical physics. Monographs, collections, main journal articles, preprints, articles from conference proceedings are presented at the exhibition. Poetry has been Alexey Sisakyan's favorite hobby throughout his life. He is the author of a number of poetry collections, imbued with sincere emotions, original thoughts and lyricism. All these lyrical collections will be a real decoration of the exhibition.
