AYSS information Reports, results, plansAt the reporting meeting, the Chairman of the AYSS Council, a junior researcher at the Laboratory of Nuclear Problems Vladislav Rozhkov reported on the work carried out in 2022-2023.With respect to the normalization of the epidemiological situation, the Institute and the AYSS gradually return to their usual events and meetings. Summer Schools in Alushta and Lipna, the AYSS-2022 Conference have been held in a mixed format. Regular seminars on current JINR research work, organizational and administrative structures of the Institute, their plans and possibilities have been organized at the JINR Scientists' Club. Several hobby and specialized sports clubs have resumed or established their work. Another new format has been launched - "Subatomic Saturdays", where young JINR scientists give lectures to students of SINP MSU, organize excursions to the Institute, attracting talented students to work at JINR. The promotional and educational activities of the AYSS are still at the peak of activity - young scientists and specialists have taken part in the festivals NAUKA0+, Geek Picnic, Days of Physics, in the Summer School Workshop "105th Element". Measures of material support and incentives have been listed - receipt of housing certificates, allowances for highly qualified personnel, bonuses, scholarships, grants, as well as the implementation of such youth initiatives as bicycle rental, walking paths. One of the problems in recent years has been the lack of information. In order to notify about upcoming events and opportunities, groups in social networks, mailing lists, a telegram channel have been created, about 3300 JINR employees are subscribed to them. During the year, 150 informational letters have been sent by e-mail to 1200 recipients. Among the big plans for the new period, the organization of a School on accelerator physics and the resumption of evenings of national cultures were highlighted. On 29-30 March, the elections of the Chairman of the JINR AYSS Council for 2023-2024 were held. As a result of voting, Vladislav Rozhkov was elected for another term. Galina MYALKOVSKAYA
