Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations

The Special Economic Zone "Dubna", in accordance with the Concept for the Development of Electric Transport in the Russian Federation until 2030, has become one of the sites for implementation of the pilot project on development of charging infrastructure. The project has been implemented by JSC "Energocenter", a division of PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region", with subsidies from the Russian Government and support from the Ministry of Energy of the Moscow Region.

In total, 64 EV charging stations have already been equipped in the Moscow Region: 35 of them are at filling stations "Lukoil", 27 are at filling stations "Rosneft" and two more EV charging stations have been installed on the territory of the Special Economic Zone "Dubna". On the left bank, an EV filling station near the Resident Hotel on XXI Century Street has been open since July this year. Two newly opened EV charging stations have been installed: on the right bank - near the Administration and Business Centre "Galileo" on Bolshevolzhskaya Street and on the left bank - near the car park on Programmistov Street. The management company of the SEZ "Dubna" has made sure that the citizens of Dubna can easily find them: light pylons have been immediately installed nearby.

EV charging stations with a capacity of 150 kW allow one to charge the battery of an electric vehicle in just 20 minutes. Please note that gas stations are open 24/7. Users have the opportunity to independently manage the charging of their car using a mobile application, payment is made by bank card and the interface is as simple and accessible as possible.
