NICA is the key topic of the first PAC meeting

The 61st meeting of the JINR Programme Advisory Committee for Particle Physics was held on 20 January in the JINR International Conference Centre. During the meeting, the members of the Committee discussed reports on the status of current projects, proposals for new ones and prolongation of those that are nearing completion. Scientific reports and a poster session were also presented at the meeting by young scientists.
